1. CALL TO ORDER.
2. EXECUTIVE SESSION – In accordance with A.R.S. § 38-431.03(A), the City Council will consider and vote on holding an executive session to conduct the interviews for the appointment of candidate to the City Council. This vacancy has occurred due to the resignation of the Mayor and the subsequent naming of Councilmember and Vice-Mayor Michele Kern to the position of Mayor of the City of El Mirage. The candidates scheduled to be interviewed and considered are: Bill Morrison, James McPhetres, Mary Koestner, Ben Lewis, Frances Acosta, Hugh Flisyn and Anthony Rodriguez. Any candidate may demand that his/her interview and consideration of recommendation of the candidate be conducted in an open meeting rather than in executive session.
